Weinstein Supply
Weinstein Supply Company was started in 1922 by brothers Jack and Joe Weinstein. It began as a small hardware store in West Philadelphia. A few years later they moved to Lancaster Avenue, the current location of our Philadelphia branch. Over the next thirty years Jack and Joe ran the business out of that one location and specialized in plumbing and heating.
The following decades saw a rapid expansion of the Company with the addition of locations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland. In 1999, Weinstein Supply Corporation chose to join forces with Hajoca Corporation, a national company with ‘local roots’, founded in Philadelphia in 1858, and currently headquartered in Lafayette Hill, PA. Hajoca is a nationwide wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, and industrial products.
Today, Weinstein Supply continues to be the major plumbing and heating wholesaler in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. Our motto, Progress in Action, expresses our commitment to keep abreast of advancing technology and to provide our customers with the products they need, the service they want and the expertise they expect from an industry leader.
